How It Works
A clear, private process designed so your family never has to guess.
Preparation & Documentation
We work with you to clarify and organize essential information, personal wishes, and sensitive matters. This may include documenting instructions, outlining how information should be communicated, and identifying designated contacts or next of kin.
Private Consultation
We begin with a confidential conversation to understand your situation, priorities, and concerns. This includes identifying what information should be organized, what wishes should be documented, and who should be notified if something happens to you.
Coordination with Professionals
When appropriate, we coordinate with estate lawyers and financial planners — either those you already work with or trusted professionals we can recommend — to ensure your preparation aligns with formal legal and financial planning.
Support after Incapacity or Death
If you become incapacitated or after death, a designated next of kin or trusted contact may reach out to us. We then provide access to relevant prepared information, clarify documented wishes, and support communication or coordination as appropriate. We will provide continuity, context, and clarity based on what was prepared in advance.
What to Expect
The Legacy Office works quietly and deliberately. Our focus is on preparation, documentation, and coordination.
We help ensure important information and wishes are clear, organized, and accessible when needed, while working within defined professional boundaries. Every engagement is private and proceeds at a considered pace.
