Privacy & Confidentiality
The Legacy Office operates with strict discretion. All information shared with us are treated as private and handled with care.
We do not disclose personal information, documentation, or discussions to third parties without clear authorization, except where coordination with designated legal or financial professionals has been requested. Access to prepared information is shared only in accordance with the instructions established in advance.
Privacy is not just a feature of our work, it is fundamental to how we operate.
Professional Boundaries
The Legacy Office is not a law firm, financial institution, executor, or trustee. We do not provide legal or financial advice, manage assets, or execute decisions on behalf of clients.
Our role is to support preparation, documentation, and coordination. In the event of incapacity or after death, a designated next of kin or trusted contact may reach out to Legacy Office to receive clarity around prepared information and documented wishes, based on what was established in advance.
We work to complement — not replace — estate lawyers, financial planners, and other professionals involved in formal decision-making. When appropriate, we may coordinate with trusted professionals, either those you already work with or individuals we can recommend, to support alignment and clarity.
